Conditions of stay:
1. EXTRA guests staying (or beds used) who have NOT PAID will be charged at FULL rate.
2. A charge will be made if the premises are left in an unreasonable state of cleanlineess or excessive rubbish.
3. A charge will be made for any damage to the property or furniture.
4. Should the Spa Room require to be closed, for reasons beyond our control, a maximum refund of 10% may be given.
5. Any inappropriate use of the spa, which results in the necessity to close the spa to other guests, will result in a daily charge of up to $100 per day.
6. Minimum two night’s stay, except large group. Please email before booking one night to confirm acceptability.

for up to 6 guests. Contact us for quote for more than 10 guests and deposit required.
(A 50% payment may be required for a last minute reduction of guests numbers (less than two weeks)

Guests are advised to take out comprehensive holiday cancellation insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
